Lumos, meanwhile, has been very good over her last eight fights. Aside from a submission loss to Andrade, she has been a finishing machine. A trio of KO/TKO finishes and another three submissions show her ability to end things early. With superior punch power, Lumos needs just one shot to end it early.

Vera is the only man to defeat the aforementioned O’Malley, stopping him with elbows back in August 2020. Since then, Vera has victories against Frankie Edgar, Rob Font, Davey Grant, and Dominick Cruz. He is coming off a split-decision loss to Cory Sandhagen, his first loss since a unanimous decision loss to Jose Aldo back in December 2020.
Munhoz has struggled of late, losing four of his last seven fights with another going to a no-contest (against O’Malley). Vera has a more well-rounded game and the striking power to stop Munhoz in his tracks.
