And, on this Wednesday, we believe we have the right games to put together a 3-leg parlay that will have you partying by Thursday morning.

Ready to see which games we like as our best MLB bets for September 6th? Here you go…

St. Louis Cardinals (+240) at Atlanta Braves (-290) – 7:20 PM EST

Sometimes, picking MLB games is difficult – which stats to follow, which trends will continue, which matchups will make the biggest impact.

Cards-Braves is on the easier side of things, especially if you’re going with a moneyline play and converting into a parlay leg.

Why is it so easy? Because Atlanta is starting NL Cy Young candidate Spencer Strider at home where he is 6-2, has a 3.79 ERA, and has held opponents to an incredibly low .193 batting average over 78.1 innings pitched.

Plus, the Braves are 43-21 as a home favorite and 64-26 in games against NL opponents – both are best in baseball.

St. Louis has an uphill battle against Strider and it’s made more challenging with who they are sending to the hill in Wednesday’s game. Cardinals Starter Dakota Hudson is 1-1 on the road, has a 5.40 ERA, and opponents are hitting .290 against him.

The star power, the season-long success, and the home-field advantage all tilt this game towards Atlanta. Are we encouraging a run-line play? Maybe if you want the better odds, but we are just trying to cash a ticket and put together at least one winning leg of a 3-game parlay.

Best MLB Bets for September 6th: Braves ML (-290)

Houston Astros (+100) at Texas Rangers (-120) – 8:05 PM EST

Justin Verlander vs. Max Scherzer…that’s right – the former teammates (who had a media-fueled feud post-trade from New York) rival each other in this mega matchup between the Astros and Rangers.

Since rejoining Houston, Verlander is 4-1 with a 4.18 ERA, but the quality of his starts dropped dramatically in his last outing against the New York Yankees where he allowed six runs in six innings.

Meanwhile, Scherzer is 5-1 when pitching at home on the year (New York and Texas) with a 2.25 ERA, only four home runs allowed and holding opponents to just a .186 OBA. When Max Scherzer is wearing the home whites, expect the future Hall of Famer to be at his best.

Swinging back to JV for a moment – he’s also been better at home this season. Unfortunately for him, Wednesday is in Arlington and not Houston.

While these two might play nice to the press over the next 24 hours, don’t be fooled. This game is going to be high intensity because of the AL West standings and because of the battle between Verlander and Scherzer.

Houston might have grabbed Tuesday’s game, but we are rocking with Mad Max and the Rangers to win on Wednesday.

Best MLB Bets for September 6th: Rangers ML (-120)

Baltimore Orioles (-125) at Los Angeles Angels (+105) – 9:38 PM EST

When the season started, few could have predicted that the Orioles wouldn’t just be a top team in MLB, but they would have the second most road wins in all of baseball behind only the Atlanta Braves. A 44-25 record on the road and 50-19 on the road on the run line (which is the best record in MLB).

Meanwhile, the Angels at home have a losing record, 32-34. Plus, the Halos starting pitcher, Patrick Sandoval, has a losing record at home, a 4.45 ERA, and .272 OBA.

O’s starter on the road? Kyle Gibson is 7-4, 4.75 ERA, and .263 OBA. Is it a slam dunk for the Orioles? Maybe not on the run line for those seeking a favorable odds bet, but for those simply looking for another winner, Baltimore is a good bet.

The trends are back it; the stats all back it; momentum certainly backs it. So, to cap off a collection of picks we hope brings you some parlay magic, we are finishing with the Orioles to win in Anaheim.
